Had my first facial here and it was amazing! They did a fantastic job explaining what was going on and the entire facial was relaxing. My skin looked so dewy and supple at the end. 10/10 recommend.

I had my very first facial on 2/23, and I can honestly say I was a bit nervous because I’ve never allowed anyone to mess with my face. However, I trusted them enough that I knew they would get me started on improving my skin care regimen. I also loved how knowledgeable they were, and that they took their time. They understood that I have sensitive and oily skin. So they definitely paid attention to my skin care needs first and foremost. I will be returning before my birthday 3/13 🙂 for my next facial! I had my first facial at Innovative Surgical Arts and they were absolutely amazing!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am dealing with some dry skin issues due to some health issues and I also have extremely sensitive skin. They took the time to ask about my skin concerns, goals, and products I use currently. They didn’t try to tell me I needed something that I didn’t need. They were easy to converse with and my hydrafacial and high frequency wand services were that much more enjoyable because of how amazing the specialist was. My skin is glowing and feels great! I will be back!!! Thank you!!!

This was my first time here and they did a wonderful job of welcoming me. They gave me a tour to showcase the different services that are offered at this location. I went in for a skin analysis and skin treatment. They greeted me with great hospitality!!! They were very sweet and professional. They made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. It’s really nice inside the building and relaxing in the room where I received my facial. They also made sure to talk me through each thing they did to my face. I was asleep lol because that’s how pain free and relaxed I was. I’m excited about going back for a chemical peel. I plan to continue visiting Medspa until my face is completely acne free and glowing!

My service was amazing! I had initially consulted with a different medical office near my home regarding laser hair removal, they wouldn’t take me because my skin was too dark and they didn’t have a laser for my complexion. Not only did Innovative Surgical Arts have an appropriate laser for all skin tones, it was painless & prompt! I highly recommend them and looking forward to booking my next service!
